FAQ

– PLACING AN ORDER – 

All products of our current collection are displayed on the website. If an item or size is out of stock this will be stated on the product’s page.

In case of an unlikely discrepancy between the website and the actual stock in the warehouse due to a miscount you will be notified via email and receive a refund for the missing item(s).

No changes to your order or address are possible once your order has been processed. Before placing your order, please check (and perhaps double check):

– The size(s).
– The quantity of each item in your order.
– Your shipping address, to make sure your order ends up where it’s supposed to.

Order cancellations
No cancellations are possible after placing an order once your order has been processed. If there has been made a mistake, let us know as soon as possible. No guarantees of changing your order can be made.

Once you have placed an order, we will confirm receipt of your order by sending a confirmation e-mail to the address provided at check-out. The order confirmation serves as an invoice and includes your Order Number along with all pertinent details. Please note that this is not an acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that it has been received only. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After purchasing your order, you will receive a track and trace code in your email.
Via this track and trace you can follow your purchase online. Your order can take 1-3 business days to be dispatched.

Perro Collection can not be held responsible for delays that occur during shipping. Please note that International shipments can take longer due to processing and custom delays. Perro Collection has no control over this. 

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately at info@perrocollection.com with a photo of the damage, or a photo of the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

Most purchases may be returned within 14 days after receiving your item(s). The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and in original package and returned within 14 days.

Personalized items can not be refunded. If purchased a personalized item in the wrong size, it is possible to change the size in the same color for the same item.

Shipping costs for returning are for the customer.

Returns must be delivered in our warehouse.

We are not able to process returns if not delivered on the stated address.

Costs for shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on your location. Please note: Perro Collection can not be held responsible for any delay during shipment, import costs and/or fees. Costs for shipping calculated at checkout do not include any taxes or customs duties. These are regulated by the local government and local tax laws applicable within the country where the order has been placed and will be delivered. For additional information regarding import duties and customs fees, please contact your local customs office or tax agency.

Orders placed on MON-FRI will be dispatched within 1 up to 3 working days. Orders placed on weekends, and/or on holidays, will begin processing upon the following business day.

Customs charges aren’t affiliated with PERRO Collection. If you do not pay your customs fees your order may be destroyed/abandoned and we are unable to provide a refund of your order.

PERRO collection can not be held responsible for incorrect orders placed. We don’t guarantee change requests can be fulfilled and we are unable to replace items once they have been personalized and/or shipped. Please ensure all details are confirmed and correct before finalising your purchase.

We are not reliable for any incorrect address input or return to senders. When an order is send back to our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

– TAKING CARE OF YOUR PERRO ITEMS – 

We make sure you will receive your Perro item beautifully packed made from the most beautiful materials. Treat your Perro items carefully in order to keep them as beautiful as they are.

 

Perro Collection products are made from a variety of materials. Perro Collection pieces should be treated as you would treat your favourite leather handbag, and therefore should not be exposed to water, snow or other harsh elements. Take all Perro accessory off at night time/at home and keep them safe in the gifted Perro box. Don’t let your dog wear the Perro items during a swim or a trim.

Perro Collection scarfs and bows are constructed from many different, luxurious fabrics. These fabrics and materials often require special care to clean. Perro scarfs and bows are hand-wash only and let them air dry on a flat surface.

No Perro Collection item should ever be put in the dryer.

In order to retain its appearance, we recommend that you use the leather items gently and avoid contact with water. When not in use, store the leather accessories in a dry place or in the protective Perro box or pouch received with purchase. Don’t let your dog wear the Perro items during a swim or a trim.

– MEASURE BEFORE PURCHASING – 

At all product pages you can find a specific description of sizing in the size charts. Find out how to measure your dog on our size guide page.

We recommend to measure your dog before purchasing. Personalized items are not refundable, only available for size change.

Do you need extra help? Contact us via our contact page and we will help you finding the right size.

– PERSONALIZATION – 

A personalized leather tag is included with all your
purchased collars and harnesses. This is a service we offer exclusively online at Perro Collection.

A letter tag will be personalized with one letter in gold foil.
Choose your letter in the drop-down menu.
Please note:
A personalized tag is only available for purchased collars and harnesses. A tag can not be purchased separately from these items. 
Personalized items can not be refunded, only exchanged for an other size in the same color/collection. Personalized items are not eligible for refund.

 It is not possible to purchase a personalized tag only. A personalized tag is exclusively included with a purchased Perro collar and harness. We are not able to offer extra tags or other requests related to tags or personalization different than shown on our website.
