Products and stocking
All products of our current collection are displayed on the website. If an item is out of stock this will be stated on the product’s page.

In case of an unlikely discrepancy between the website and the actual stock in the warehouse due to a miscount you will be notified via email and receive a refund for the missing item(s).

 

 

Order changes
Order changes
No changes to your order or address are possible once your order has been processed. Before placing your order, please check (and perhaps double check):

– The size(s).
– The quantity of each item in your order.
– Your shipping address, to make sure your order ends up where it’s supposed to.

Order cancellations
No cancellations are possible after placing an order once your order has been processed. If there has been made a mistake, let us know as soon as possible. No guarantees of changing your order can be made.

 

 

Order tracking and delivery
After purchasing your order, you will receive a track and trace code in your email.
Via this track and trace you can follow your purchase online.

Delivery time
Orders placed on working days (monday-friday) before 15:00 European time will be shipped the same day. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday. We offer shipping worldwide.

Generally, items to the Netherlands and Belgium will arrive within 1-2 days from the time they are posted. International deliveries are shipped with DHL, DPD or POSTNL and should arrive between 3-7 business days. Perro Collection is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or fees you may incur during delivery, however this is an incredibly rare occurrence.

Shipping timelines depends on your location. No guarantee can be made in regards to arrival date.

Damaged product during shipping
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately at info@perrocollection.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
Return policy
Most purchases may be returned within 14 days. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and in original package.

Personalized items can not be refunded. If purchased a personalized item in the wrong size, it is possible to change the size in the same color.

If you want to return an order you may do so within 14 days of receiving the products by sending us an email: info@perrocollection.com. Please indicate:

-Order Number

-Name

-Items that you would like to return or exchange

-For exchange, please indicate exactly the name and size you would like to receive in return.

Shipping costs for returning are for the customer.

Requirements returns

The item/s must be in original condition, not worn outdoors or altered in any way.

Item/s must be shipped back in the original Perro packaging to ensure the safety of the item on its way back to us.

- Taking care of your Perro items -

Taking care of your Perro purchase
We make sure you will receive your Perro item beautifully packed made from the most beautiful materials. Treat your Perro items carefully in order to keep them as beautiful as they are.

Perro Collection products are made from a variety of materials. Perro Collection pieces should be treated as you would treat your favourite leather handbag, and therefore should not be exposed to water, snow or other harsh elements. Take all Perro accessory off at night time/at home and keep them safe in the gifted Perro box. Don’t let your dog wear the Perro items during a swim or a trim.

Perro Collection scarfs and bows are constructed from many different, luxurious fabrics. These fabrics and materials often require special care to clean. Perro scarfs and bows are hand-wash only and let them air dry on a flat surface.

No Perro Collection item should ever be put in the dryer.

Taking care of your leather items
In order to retain its appearance, we recommend that you use the leather items gently and avoid contact with water. When not in use, store the leather accessories in a dry place or in the protective Perro box or pouch received with purchase. Don’t let your dog wear the Perro items during a swim or a trim.

What size do I need?
At all product pages you can find a specific description of sizing in the size charts.

We recommend to measure your dog before purchasing. Personalized items are not refundable.

- Personalization -

How does personalization work?
A personalized leather tag is included with all your
purchased collars, leashes and harnesses. This is a service we offer exclusively online at Perro Collection.

The leather tag can be personalized up to 3 characters in gold foil.
Choose your letter in the drop-down menu and it will be personalized
on the tag in gold foil.
Choose ‘other’ if you need more than 1 character and add the characters to notes at checkout.
Please note:
Personalization is possible up to 3 characters.
Personalized items can not be refunded, only exchanged for other sizes in the same color.

Are there extra costs for personalization?
Personalization is a free service we offer. There are no extra costs for personalization.
Can I purchase a personalized tag?
It is not possible to purchase a personalized tag only. A personalized tag is included with all your purchased collars, leashes and harnesses.
