Returns and exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return on all qualified items. You may request to return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. All returns must comply with our return policy stated within. After your request of return got accepted, return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your item.

All items must be returned: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused with their original Perro hangtags attached and the original package included. 

The following items are not eligible to be returned for refund:

Personalized items

Sale items

Personalized items are only available for size exchange in the same color and same item, if all requirements mentioned above are met. 

Even if a personalized tag is removable, personalized tags are a part of an item. This part is custom stamped on your request. We are not able to make exceptions.

Perro Collection reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy. In order to avoid this, please reach out to our Customer Service via our contact form to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return. 

Request a return

You can request a return via our contact form. To make sure our customer service can help you as quick as possible, we ask you to fill in all details including order number in our contact form. 

Shipping a return

After your request of return/exchange is accepted by email, you can return your item(s).

Shipping costs for returning are for the customer.

Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

Returns or exchanges can only be processed once arrived in our warehouse

Always include your order number within your package and on the shipping label mentioned as ‘return reference’ to avoid any processing delays. 

Shipping fees, import duties/custom taxes are for customer and non-refundable.

Please note that Perro Collection is not liable for lost packages during return. Returns can only be processed once arrived in our warehouse.

We recommend purchasing tracked shipping for the return and keep a record of your shipping details.

Processing returns/exchanges

Once it has been delivered in our warehouse, processing a return can take up to 2-14 business days. Once the returned items has been inspected and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. 

International returns

International customers are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipment and all related fees, taxes and duties.
